- Incorrect Items Received: If you receive a different product than what you ordered. The incorrect item must be returned unopened and in its original condition.
- Defective Products: In rare cases of a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty vape hardware). Defective items may be eligible for replacement or refund after assessment.
- Unopened & Sealed Products: Due to the nature of our consumable products (Kratom, CBD, Hemp edibles/oils/flower), we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging for safety and hygiene reasons, unless the return is due to damage or receiving an incorrect item as specified above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals (unless defective or incorrect item received).
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Gift cards.

- Ship the Return: You are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Return shipping instructions will be provided via email.
Refund Process
