Shipping Restrictions & Legality

Location Restrictions (Kratom & Hemp Products)

We ship orders only within the United States where our products are legally permitted.

IMPORTANT: Laws regarding Kratom and certain hemp-derived cannabinoids (like Delta-8 THC, HHC, THC-P) vary significantly by state, county, and city, and are subject to change. It is solely YOUR responsibility as the customer to know and comply with the laws and regulations in your specific jurisdiction BEFORE placing an order.

We cannot ship Kratom or specific regulated hemp cannabinoids to locations where they are prohibited by law. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order destined for a prohibited jurisdiction based on our current understanding of applicable laws. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive the products in your location.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to process orders quickly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information provided by the customer, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our direct control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please double-check your address information before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We will contact you if a package is returned to us under these circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items:

Lost Packages:

Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s investigation process.
